Our experience with Lexus of Naperville was outstanding from the moment we walked through the front door. We were greeted and immediately assigned to Hani Dolat as potential customers. Hani was warm and from the moment we walked through the front door. We were greeted and immediately assigned to Hani Dolat as potential customers. Hani was warm and engaging from the start. He listened to our needs and asked the appropriate questions in order to find out exactly what we were looking for. He was professional and patient throughout our car buying process. When our kids were with us he was very engaging with them as well and they were both always eager to go and see Hani. The boys wanted us to buy a car from Hani from the start because he was so warm and kind to them. We provided Hani with a budget that I had to stay within. We gave him a very tight range. At first he was unable to fall within this range and we thought we might have to go to a different manufacturer. Hani did not give up. He managed to get the car I wanted at another location. He brought it to Lexus of Naperville and worked diligently with Bruce Johnson in order to get exactly where we needed to be. Even when I had given up hope on owning a Lexus, Hani did not quit. He managed to sell both my husband and I new Lexus vehicles and gain Lexus customers for life! He was an absolute delight and never gave up on trying to get us the deal we needed. Thank-you so much for all of your hard work Hani! We truly appreciate it! Also, a special thank-you to Anem for all her instruction on how to operate the new vehicles! I came to this dealer after being very dissatisfied with McGrath Lexus. Really can't understand how they got a 4.9 rating as they are really a 2 at best in my opinion and lots of other folks I have spoken w McGrath Lexus. Did what they said they would do and none of the smarmy car sales person BS. I would definitely reccomend them if they stand by their car as well as they acted when they sold it. Bill Kuniej is a really professional sales manager and Jeff the tech person who helps to explain the car functionality is quite good and very nice. Bottom line is that if you are a professional and want to deal with someone who is professional and normal, go get a car from Bill Kuniej. If you want a heavy breather, go somewhere else as some pushy sales person is easy to find. I will buy again from them (if they stand behind their car through the service process, etc). More

Dan Foster helped me surprise my wife with a new 2012 RX for her birthday and our wedding anniversary present. We felt like we were in a Lexus commercial with the big red bow on top of the car. My experience with Lexus has always positive, but my last service experience was extraordinary. My IS had major engine problems, and I was just days out of my warranty. Jason worked with us and corporate to remedy this issue. He was clearly customer-oriented and informative along the way. Jason called frequently and kept my husband and I updated. He and the Lexus Corporation stood behind the car. He and the Lexus Dealership/Corporation verified my trust in the brand. I will be buying a new car in the near future, and this experience cemented my loyalty to Lexus. Every organization should have knowledgeable service representative like Jason Muza. More
