Sent an inquiry through their web site for a certified pre-owned Lexus. Received an email from John Walters saying they would send another email with information about the vehicle I was interested in and pre-owned Lexus. I didn't receive a response, so I emailed back. I had specific quesitons about the vehicle. No response to that email either. There are many dealers out there who are much more responsive to customers. Try one. More
I can only say good things about Sal Lala and the Dealership. They went out of their way to help make things easier in buying a Pre-Owned Automoble. They offered me a Extended Warranty on the Car but in no way did they pressure me to purchase it, But after thinking It over I did purchase it.. I was a Internet Buyer. The only thing I did not like was Having the full wire the dealership the money for the full purchase price, that seemed to bee the only way I could secure the Car. On the other hand Sal Lala did a Great job of looking the car over for me and I did have a Clean CarFax Report. Again I cannot say enough Good Things about Sal. Lexus of Naperville has earned a life long customer. All of the staff are friendly, and professional. My sales man Scott Darst is knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. My girlfriend enjoyed the chocolates his daughter made for his customers. I will def, return here when I'm the market for a new vehicle, I would also refer my friends family to this dealership , and have them ask for Scott by name. Bruce and Paul are also great to work with, they gave me advice and were able to help me my finacial situation. I was surprised at the level of service i received, because i was buying a used car, not even of a Lexus make. They even let me use a Lexus loaner, while they handled a minor repair on my vehicle. I've purchased cars from other dealerships in the past but this one takes the cake. While servicing my car they allowed me to use a Lexus loaner even tho I had no purchased a new car. They took care of the problem with promptness and professionalism. I will def be back to purchase a new vehicle when I am back in the market. Happened to visit this place during the holiday season and these guys made it memorable on a wrong side. I did interact with a sales person called Paul and I guess he needs to get some training on how to and these guys made it memorable on a wrong side. I guess this dealer ship spends more time in making their snack bar elegant but they should really work on their sales reps and train them on how to understand the customers’ needs and being polite with them. I said, this is the first time ever I am buying a Lexus and may be they don’t want to serve such customers. When I try to negotiate the price, he says “if you say ‘please’ – I give you 100 bucks”. WTH. That’s half of my hourly income. And his manager (some lady, again dressed up well) seems to be entertaining him. That’s more frustrating. Definitely not a nice experience. But I visited the McGrath later and then Infiniti Naperville and Acura Naperville. Glad, I visited those places. Otherwise I would have never accepted a car sales person as a normal human being (:.Those other places were nice, people were good, polite and even they contacted me after my visit asking about my experience with them. But I haven’t received any follow up from this Naperville Lexus. May be they are busy in finding customers who say ‘Please’ for 100 bucks More
Great car buying experience! Our sales rep- Hani Dolat was super friendly and very, very professional! We were very impressed by him- he really made this purchase one we feel really good about. I do have to say also that the delaership itself is clean, well kept. Nice amentities- Coffee, drinks, snacks. People would walk by and smile, ask if you needed help at all. All in all we are really happy with the way we were treated by Lexus of Naperville. We would highly recommend Hani in particular to anyone we know that would be in the market to purchase a car. More

Last year I had walked into the dealership looking for a car. I had met Sal and we were working together to see what was available. A year later I walked in the dealership again and asked for Sal and he was nothing but friendly and willing to work with me to find what I really wanted. He was more concerned about making sure I am happy with what I get. I purchased my car on Thanksgiving weekend and I have been very happy with my choice. Sal was great to deal with and I plan on referring others to him in the future. More
