Very rude and impolite. We had been searching for a used Toyota Solara for about a month. Living in The Bloomington/ Normal Illinois area, we were willing to travel to find the car we wanted. We found that Lexus of Naperville had a car that was of interest to us. I sent an email, which was promptly answered by the dealership. We made an impromptu trip to Naperville, ( no appointment) and were introduced to Scott Durst. His friendliness and easy going manner were a pleasant surprise as our most recent experiences at dealerships, had been high pressure and unpleasant. We took the car for a test drive, and upon returning, made an offer. Since we had done our research prior, we knew what we were willing to pay for the car. While we did not immediately come to terms, we eventually came to an agreement the next week. The whole process was pleasant...from the moment we met Scott, to him pulling the car indoors to view, to the test drive, to the negotiations, to picking the car up, completely detailed. Our faith has been restored in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership....at least from LEXUS of NAPERVILLE! Of course, SCOTT DURST made the biggest impression! Thanks Scott! More

I recently purchased a new Lexus LS460 from Lexus of Naperville. I was very impressed by this dealership the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist was very cordial and my experience just got better and better. What impressed me most was the low key, no pressure approach from my salesman, Sal Lala. I had his undivided attention from the 1st to last visit. This had not been the case with previous dealerships I had visited. I mentioned to Sal that I was a bit "technically challenged" and my biggest concern was learning about all the whistles and bells that came with the LS460. Sal took me for a number of test drives and spend a good deal of time pointing out the many features the different cars had. He was most helpful in putting me into the car I felt the most comfortable with. After the sale, this Lexus Dealership has a "new car sales consultant" (Michael Comer) who spent the better part of a morning going over every feature in the car from the Navigation system to the audio controls. Michael answer all my questions in layman's terms, and, before we got started, he had already programed many of the features from my previous trade in car into my Lexus. The seats were adjusted, the radio pre sets were adjusted and everything had been moved from my trade in to my Lexus. All in all, I have been very happy with the whole buying experience and, the follow up by both Sal and Michael has been wonderful. More
I have a 2003 ES 300. I was in for service and was looking in the showroom while waiting. I was in the market for a new car but had decided not yet. Well, as we began to talk and get acquainted she was very professional, she seemed interested even if she wasn't, she took her time even though I wasn't "buying right now" which I'm sure in salesmen terms is never. After spending time going over models, handing me specs, books and her card, I was thoroughly impressed. Now. I have always been impressed with Lexus the brand since purchasing the ES which until that day had no significant issues. The facility has always been spotless and clean every single time I been for service, everyone is polite and friendly. That day I told Laura when I was ready I would buy from her. I gave her my contact information, she called the next day and thanked me for my time and conversation and that was it. A month or so later she called and said she had a IS 250 and 350 that I could physically see versus looking in the book. I went out viewed the cars, still no pressure. My eye was on the 2014 F sport white with red interior. So again, a month went by, she located one that a dealer was driving and arranged for me to see it at Lexus of Naperville so I could actually see what I would purchase. I went back, saw the car ( it was love at first sight), went home. Still, no pressure. About 3 weeks later I called her said I was ready. We met I placed an order and waited for what I thought would be 12-16 weeks. Every week or so she would give me status updates. So it was to my surprise that 31/2 weeks into this long wait I would get a call saying "your car is here." When I went to pick up the car, it was wrapped with a bow and she was just as excited as I was. I loved her enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism, and overall courtesy. She's darn good at what she does and I loved working with her. It's nice to have good rapport especially when making a major purchase of significant cost. Once more, CUDOS TO YOU LEXUS for continuing to go that extra mile and above and beyond. I can't say thank you enough for a toil free, effortless encounter. By the way, the car is AWESOME! More

Both Rick and Michael have followed more than once since delivery of our car was completed. Bruce was thorough friendly, professional and very helpful in completing the financing of our car. We also have an earlier model of Lexus which we have serviced at Lexus of Naperville. We take advantage of the free car washes on a frequent basis. I asked for their GSM, Bill Kuniej, and he greeted me with one of his finest salesmen, Hani Dolat. I told him exactly what I wanted, and, in order to keep this review short, I had a very smooth experience. I was treated with respect and there was no pressure. I was impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail that Hani exhibited. This attention to detail, in addition to the way my whole transaction was handled, was one of the reasons I purchased my car from them. I could really go to any dealer, as I have been in the Indirect Auto Finance business for 35 years and have relationships with many car dealers in Illinois. But, again, this store had the best selection so I went there with the hopes that I would be treated fairly and with respect, which is exactly how it went. Hani and Bill listened to me and they really cared about my needs. This is a rare trait in the auto sales process. Bill Cranley in finance finished the experience with landing me on the best financing terms. He was really nice and didn't make me feel pressured. He's a real pro. The car was detailed so well; it looked new! Hani helped me move my items from my trade to my "new" Lexus. I love the car; it rides like a Lexus should; feels like you're riding on a cloud. I have spoke to Hani a couple of times since the purchase as I had a couple of questions, and he called me on his day off to address my question. I could have found the answer in the manual, but it was easier to call him! Hani's wife will be training me next week on the Navi/Bluetooth system. I am looking forward to that so I can use all the features. I could have learned a lot from Hani before I drove off the lot, but I was in a rush to get home. I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a new or used car. Hani is an asset to this dealership, as well as the two "Bills". Car washes are free and my first oil change is free. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I was treated the way I expected to be treated. More
