What the heck is this guy thinking!!!!! More
I went in to buy a 2008 Nissan 350z. Prior to coming in Hani had contacted me and together we were able to work out a way to purchase the car. He answered each and every question of mine and kept me well informed so that I could prepare everything that the bank needed to approve me for financing. i went to this dealership to look at a used acura mdx upon arrival i was greeted by george devries a salesman. i ask about the mdx he got the key and i looked it over took it for a ride i noticed the ti upon arrival i was greeted by george devries a salesman. i ask about the mdx he got the key and i looked it over took it for a ride i noticed the tires with very little life on them left and the engine check light stating the battery or electrical system needed repair along with a belt noise. so i told the saleperson about the issues at that point i was skeptical about the vehicle but it appeared to be in good condtion otherwise. he said it had two new tires on it but that was not true. he then returned and said it was not properly inspected and needed to have the shop look at it and to come back before 1pm which i did he said it needed all new tires and they would replace them and it needed a battery and belts which they said they would replace also so i thought ok lets get a trade in value on my car and see if this is possible .Paul Cocco inspected my 2007 volvo c70 which is in really great condition i have recieved trade values from other dealers and the price they gave me was several thousand dollars below wholesale value i dont think they do a very good job of appraising trades very sloppy. George slid me the numbers i said your way off and was disturbed by the extremely low offer and there was nothing else to discuss so i left he was leaving at 1pm and must have been late for tee time at the golf course and didnt want too bother with a sale of this matter. my car has brand new tires and no issues theres was filled with flaws . i was amazed the way they handled the whole process like who cares if we sell another car and i left. paul did call me back after i called to complained of the sloppy appraisal saying we will take a second look at the offer and there is nothing to compare it too ?? and its a hartop convertible telling me they will have a hard time selling it ?? not a great sales pitch after the damage was done just pretty unfair i would say i would not consider lexus of naperville and give them fair to low rating for customer concerns and service think twice before buying at this dealership at least on used dont know about new More

What a fantastic experience @ Lexus of Naperville! Hani Dolat is THE best car professional we have ever dealt with. Is it because he is a Lexus representative, or, is it because he deals with high quality Dolat is THE best car professional we have ever dealt with. Is it because he is a Lexus representative, or, is it because he deals with high quality and luxurious vehicles? It is a combination of both AND he is a GENUINELY great person to talk to and deal with. We came in there to test drive a used Lexus expecting to get the "run around" in negotiations. We were surprisingly wrong! Hani dealt with us in a manner so professional and did not spend time "talking with the manager in the back". He gave us a price and we countered it and Lexus met our price! How simple is that? Definitely NOT the "old school" way of doing business. After making the purchase and finalizing the paperwork, (which, by the way, took only approximately 10 minutes since we had our own financing) Hani spent an hour with us going over the details on how to operate the intricacies of our "new to us" used Lexus. What a refreshing way to do business! We are looking forward driving our "new to us" Lexus and future visits to the dealership since they are providing free car washes to customers that purchase from them. Kudos to Lexus of Naperville for snagging Hani Dolat to their dealership. Quite an asset! My wife even commented, "Pretty soon, Hani, you will be managing this dealership!" Bought my car in May 2013. Lots of fun but the technology is "too much" for me. Michael Comer has been a huge help teaching me all the bells and whistles. This was my first Lexus purchase and first experience buying a car from Lexus of Naperville. Simply put from the initial meeting with my sales person, the dealerships evaluation of my used car trade in, buying a car from Lexus of Naperville. Simply put from the initial meeting with my sales person, the dealerships evaluation of my used car trade in, the fairness of the car price, their "no pressure" approach to the customer and the incredibly thorough experience picking up my Lexus RX350.... it was a completely enjoyable experience. I have purchased half a dozen cars and never once would i have said that statement in any previous car purchase. I would most definitely buy a Lexus from Lexus of Naperville again! More
