Jason has taken good care of me and my car the vast majority of my visits and has been absolutely A+ as he takes the time to talk with me about my car and makes sure it comes out of the shop sparkling clean. The few instances he's been absent when I bring my car in, he makes sure one of his colleagues gives me the same personalized service. What a team! I drove Volvo's for nearly 30 years and moving over to Lexus was a major decision. It's become obvious to me in the past four years that car performance certainly effects my preference, but Jason and his team's attentive and thoughtful service puts my vote squarely on the Lexus.
