The service was great. Brooke was friendly and professional. She advised me that my battery didn’t test well and needed replacing. She went above and beyond to see if I had a warranty for the curr professional. She advised me that my battery didn’t test well and needed replacing. She went above and beyond to see if I had a warranty for the current battery and not try to immediately see me one. Ultimately I had to purchase a battery. Great customer service More

BEST DAY EVER THANKS TO JAKE MELTON!!!!! I took my Lexus NX in for regular service and got a loaner car. The loaner was a RX which was much more spacious and a nice ride. I went back to Lexu I took my Lexus NX in for regular service and got a loaner car. The loaner was a RX which was much more spacious and a nice ride. I went back to Lexus and asked to speak to Jake Melton and told him I wanted that RX. He is truly the best, not only did he put me in the RX, he worked magic and I got a brand new RX the same day. Wonderful service on May 15, 2020 We are from Nashville, TN and were traveling near the dealership when we hit a tire fragment and our engine cover underneath car was dislodged. Brooke Rauccio and her service department were so helpful and polite. They fixed the problem in a timely manner. We were there 20 minutes and they didn’t charge us a dime! Literally, A Pleasure Reinhardt Lexus is in a class all it's own. Their Service Department is far superior to any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Awesome Customer service A visit at Reinhart Lexus for a oil change turned into a new car purchase!!! Go Figure that!!! I was inquiring about a lease and the service guy who A visit at Reinhart Lexus for a oil change turned into a new car purchase!!! Go Figure that!!! I was inquiring about a lease and the service guy who was also amazingly sweet...so sorry I did not get his name suggested that I speak with Jake as he was approaching. After speaking with Jake and discussing all options...and calling my husband of course! I walked out with 2020 Rx 350 !! WOW!!! The Manager and the entire staff there was absolutely amazing!! I returned the next day for tutorial from Cody at the front desk and he was amazing as well. I will recommend this dealer to Everyone! More
