Reinhardt Lexus has one of the most courteous staff I have encountered. The first time I called the service department was already gone. The gentleman I was talking to apologized several times as he to have encountered. The first time I called the service department was already gone. He looked at several options for us to get the car in that would work with our schedule and never once seemed like he had better things to do than look at the calendar for us.
