Told me exactly the best time to bring the RX in and estimated how long it would take. Installed was completed exactly as expected and the quality of work was the best ever! Certainly will drive the 90 miles Southwest to Reinhardt in the future, even though another dealer is closer. Highly recommend Reinhardt Lexus. Kudos to the Donald and the Collision Department! More

Not only did they keep our car 6 weeks they now refuse to reimburse us $500 of our rental car expenses. When we finally got our car the end of June it looked ok. By August the front bumper was sagging and the under carriage fell off. The manager, Russell will not return numerous calls and FAX. AVOID!!! More

They alerted me to some other issues that needed to be repaired - brake issues that had not yet showed up in my driving. They even vacuumed and washed my car! I love the people at Reinhard! More
Bad experience I came in for a front end alignment the end of last year (nothing wrong (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE). I had to come back two times after that in a 3 mon I came in for a front end alignment the end of last year (nothing wrong (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE). I had to come back two times after that in a 3 month time frame because of my car pulling or wearing tires. The service manager got involved and told me that all Lexus LS460 wear tires after my third visit. Okay I went back for servicing again this month and they recommended that I need to replace two tires ,one of them worn out to the wire. I took the my car to another tire shop to have tires put on but my lock were missing out of the glove box. The only people that have did rotations or put tires on my car is Reinhardt Lexus. I called the service manager twice and I have not heard from him yet. I just wanted to address some concerns maybe he will be there on my next visit. More
