BEWARE! BEWARE! Biggest Scam I have ever had pulled on me I recently negotiated a purchase on a NEW 2016 Lesus LS 460 from Reinhardt Lexus of Montgomery. The day before I was to leave to drive up and get my I recently negotiated a purchase on a NEW 2016 Lesus LS 460 from Reinhardt Lexus of Montgomery. The day before I was to leave to drive up and get my new Lexus I was told that they had sold the unit I was going to purchase. They did have another car just like with two additions on it I could get. I said I did not need locking lugs nor a net for the trunk and would not pay extra. I was called back and told they would not charge these items. We went to Montgomery met with Mark Harmann and closed the deal. We went into a room with another lady and did the paperwork and I wrote a check for the full price we had bargained on for our NEW Lexus. After that Mark took us out to show us how to operate our NEW Lexus. In so doing and explainning the mileage of 191 see were then told that this car had been used in a Golf Tournament. So our NEW Lexus wasn't, it was a used car that had never titled and Reinhardt Lexus had our money. The price we settled on a new car now became a car Lexus of America had discounted to the dealership but we were taken for $5,000. I drove the vehicle home and parked it my garage and have never driven it since. I have filed a complaint with the Attornies of Alabama and Florida over what I consider to be a Bait and Switch and also illegal as the window sticker was removed and never given to us. I had to title this vehicle due to penalties and the lady at our Tag Office stated that the paper work was totally improper and for this reason we had to pay taxes on an additional $12,500 to get this done for another loss of $1,250. I feel this Dealership of Lexus Automobiles to be the most dishonest of any I have ever dealt with in my 75 years of living and purchasing automobiles. I have purchased four Lexus LS 460 but will never purchase another after having been put through what I have been forced to do. Today's paper said Kia is not the number one car rated in America. My story is not over, however I cannot discuss the the end until it arrives. More

2012 ES Repair Questioned a popping sound I'd heard on the front end for a couple of days but it had ceased for a week. Since it's my wife's car I wanted to be sure there was no problem and didn't want to wait for tire wear, tires are too expensive. They offered me a loaner, test drove the car with me and then spent an hour looking at the car and checking it out. Couldn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me anything for the service. Not only were all people I talked to professional but also talked to me in a "personal" manner. Their attention, attitude and service is beyond compare. Truly the definition of outstanding service. A-1 Car Service I liked the courtesy and professionalism extended to me. Being 3 hours away from home and experiencing car trouble is no fun especially when you are I liked the courtesy and professionalism extended to me. Being 3 hours away from home and experiencing car trouble is no fun especially when you are driving alone. Your representative went out of his way to get a tech to look under the hood and diagnose the issue. He was able to assign me a rental car because my car required a great deal of work even though I had it serviced at another Lexus dealership in The Atlanta Metro area 3 weeks ago. Very unprofessional! They do not stand up to their word! Purchased a new car and traded one we previously purchased. Fully disclosed about trade in..Cashed our check for the purchase and 3 weeks later still Purchased a new car and traded one we previously purchased. Fully disclosed about trade in..Cashed our check for the purchase and 3 weeks later still do not have our funds on trade in..giving us the run around, stating our trade was not the value that they thought due to carfax! DUH does not the dealer on a trade in deal with car fax??? The problem is, they cashed our check for the purchase and we do not have the money for the trade in and Reinhardt has the trade in vehicle and title!!!! More
