If ever there was an unsalesman-like salesman, it would be Brandt. He was patient, resourceful, attentive, and selfless throughout the process. He downloaded Lexus apps on my mother’s iPhone, phoned the insurance company to add the new vehicle to her policy, and took care of even the mundane aspects of car purchasing for her. My mother now believes purchasing a car is a stressfree adventure. I will be forever grateful. More

Not happy with the service of my car I was promised a repair on my car for the last 2 visits and it still hasn't been repaired. I was promised that the part for my floor mats had been or I was promised a repair on my car for the last 2 visits and it still hasn't been repaired. I was promised that the part for my floor mats had been ordered both times and now they said it cant be fixed that I have to buy a new wet of mats for my car. More
