The sales paperwork arrived in a timely manner so we could register the vehicle in Florida before the temporary tag expired. The RX350H is a joy to drive athough the layers of menu-related automation are challenging. For that reason I strongly suggest that you make arrangements before taking delivery for a knowledgable dealer specialist to allow sufficient time to cover automated seat set-up, cell phone/vehicle integration, navigation, cruise control and other features. Other than that, we got a fair market price for our trade in vehicle and all sales details were accomplished in a timely and competent manner. More
