Everything was handled very well and professionally. The only wish would be that they would have been able to deliver it to my home with someone who could give details on the car as originally promised earl only wish would be that they would have been able to deliver it to my home with someone who could give details on the car as originally promised earlier in the week. However, there wasn't anyone who could do that so we ended up driving to get it on Saturday which was okay with me. Overall though, the entire process went very well and smoothly. Brandt was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process, and Ramona King in finance was very delightful. Thank you so much for my awesome NX300 sport...it ROCKS! More
