2/25/2024 I bought a brand new Lexus 350 RXH. I made this appointment agreeing on the deal presented to me on 2/22/2024. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to complete the deal an I made this appointment agreeing on the deal presented to me on 2/22/2024. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to complete the deal and have a detailed car on a Sunday purchase , he assured me I would. The dealership called on 2/23 to confirm the appointment, I confirmed. They called again on 2/24 to confirm, I confirmed. I drove Sunday 4 hours and made my appointment time. Vehicle was out front dirty and with the stickers still on it. I traded a 2020 350 RX, which I had detailed. 3 hours later, they handed me 1 Fob and expected me to drive off with a dirty car with all the stickers still on it. Excuse was “detail guys” didn’t show up. In 3 hours not one person and the sales manager was there, did not even take it to a car wash! I left town and went to a car wash, I wanted to be proud of my new car. Then I scheduled a detail for my brand new from a local company. 4/22/2024, while driving my car in the country, I needed to use my windshield wipers to help with the bug residue, NO fluid! Took it to an Auto parts store, bought fluid and employee came out to fill the reservoir, he stated it had never had fluid placed in it. 4/28/2024, Still no extra FOB which had been promised and yet other new owners since me have received theirs. This is my third Lexus RX 350, first from Montgomery, WORST Experience ever. More

All's well that ends well following my disappointing March 15th Lexus RX350H purchase. The Service Department finally located the missing key fob that got accidentally switched. The sales paperwork arrived in a timely manner so we could register the vehicle in Florida before the temporary tag expired. The RX350H is a joy to drive athough the layers of menu-related automation are challenging. For that reason I strongly suggest that you make arrangements before taking delivery for a knowledgable dealer specialist to allow sufficient time to cover automated seat set-up, cell phone/vehicle integration, navigation, cruise control and other features. Other than that, we got a fair market price for our trade in vehicle and all sales details were accomplished in a timely and competent manner. More
