When I received my vehicle back from getting a oil change my valuables were gone. After attempting to notify management multiple times in person and via phone, He failed to make any form of communication to my valuables were gone. I consider that terrible customer service from the service manager. I wasn't treated like a valued customer, nor was any concern shown that my valuables were taken by an employee at this business. I've been a customer for almost 5 years and never dealt with poor customer service and performance at this dealership until now. I feel violated that an employee would go in my center console where personal things could be to steal from me. I'm highly disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience.The lack of integrity and customer first attitude at this location has led me to take my business elsewhere. More

I PURCHASED MY RX350 Hybrid 2/25/2024 and still have not received my second FOB. I know other buyers that bought around that same time have received theirs, what is the problem?? The service I received on a recent visit was not the excellent service I had received in the past. I had a tire issue and they checked the wrong tire and did not check all tires although they indicated excellent service I had received in the past. I had a tire issue and they checked the wrong tire and did not check all tires although they indicated tires were rotated and I had paid for balancing tires. I discovered the problem had not been corrected when I was returning to Florida a couple of days later, which was a Saturday.I returned to the dealership and they determined I needed a new tire, which they did not have in stock. I had to stay in Montgomery over the weekend as a tire would be delivered by truck on Monday around noon or so. When the tire was available on Monday, my repair was put several positions down on the list. I finally went to the service manager about 4 o'clock in the afternoon and expressed my unhappiness. Kevin took care of things and I was finally able to leave Montgomery about 5 o'clock for my three and a half drive home. More
