Reinhardt Lexus has one of the most courteous staff I have encountered. The first time I called the service department was already gone. The gentleman I was talking to apologized several times as he to have encountered. The first time I called the service department was already gone. The gentleman I was talking to apologized several times as he told me I would have to call back the following Monday morning. On my next call Jericho was very informative and kind. He looked at several options for us to get the car in that would work with our schedule and never once seemed like he had better things to do than look at the calendar for us. They got us in quickly to take a look at things and we’re able to fix an issue we were having that day. We also talked with Kevin a few times. He explained everything and was very kind and courteous throughout every encounter. Thank you all for such a great experience! More
