Completed appt request with a loaner online at least 3 days in advance. Received texts daily reminding me of appt and received a call the evening before from a live person from the dealership only to arri days in advance. Received texts daily reminding me of appt and received a call the evening before from a live person from the dealership only to arrive at Lexus the morning of and told that I didnt have an appt. I was later told that the person I was scheduled with was off. Also told that the online scheduling system doesn’t work. No loaner was given initially bc I made my appt online. So I waited 2 hrs with no updates… texted/called Saline via the # sent to me with no response. After 2.5 hrs, I went to her office asking for an update bc I haven’t heard anything. She gets an attitude and says “whatever”. When I questioned her saying “whatever” to me she just shook her head and called to check on my vehicle. She went to get my keys and paperwork and says… you may need to add 1-2 quarts of transmission fluid. My reply was “I’m about to pay $169 for diagnostic check and you’re not able to tell me if it’s low or not.” Poor customer service. I requested to speak with the manager whom was very professional and helpful; was then provided with a loaner while the manager had them to check to see if I actually needed transmission fluid. Previous encounters there with Stan were great! Not so much with Saline. More
