My experience started out by buying a 2016 Lexus ES350 late April 2023. Took delivery of it and had to fix some minor things. Seemed like it was not a big deal until I had paint protection film instal late April 2023. Took delivery of it and had to fix some minor things. Seemed like it was not a big deal until I had paint protection film installed on the front of the car and discovered the front bumper was repainted. Again, no big deal but it was done so poorly the film wouldn't stick. When brought to the dealers attention, they said they didn't do anything to the car. Yet I signed a document they provided stating they had some work performed by a body shop to this car due to a small incident. The issue with it is the workmanship is not up to par. Paid to get it fixed myself. Got my tag transferred and tried to take off the temporary plate but they had forced the wrong size screws into it. One twist each and they snapped off very low into the barrel. Lexus has cylinder type tag screw fasteners that the 6mm screws go into. Can't drill and tap them either. About $599 later it was fixed. As to get them out I had a body shop use their welding torch to remove the cylinders from the deck lid. And as one would imagine, the heat from the torch ruins the paint on the finished side. It had to be painted. So they must have someone like the Hulk installing the tags. Lexus doesn't have a clip or insert to remove either to fix this issue. Wish they did as the design is quite poorly thought out. Don't recommend these guys at all. More

Having purchased the second RX to be delivered to Lexus of Mobile in 1998; having only purchased later RX Models; and arranging all service for same at Lexus of Mobile, speaks positively for itself. Saline and Cedric are special people—Saline is most accommodating in all respects of providing service which I value and rate 10+ out of 10! Also I would like to express accolades to “Summer” who I know not personally for the best ever detailed cleaning service!!! Windows both inside and outside sparkle!!! Neither was it necessary for me or Saline to remove black shoe markings from service employee’s shoes on driver side of auto floor entrance in quite awhile!!! Not only is my RX now extra clean, both inside and outside, I am confident my RX is mechanically ready and safe for all driving. Many thanks!!! Hopefully Cedric will soon be free of pain and experience both comfort and healing soon!!! More
