The Lexus service center is a major reason we have driven a Lexus for over 20 years. The Lexus is a great car and their service department is the best ever. We schedule our appointment one month in advance including doing the auto buttler. This was our first service after 6 month and 5k. The appointment was at 10h ( the day of a storm was expected) . including doing the auto buttler. This was our first service after 6 month and 5k. The appointment was at 10h ( the day of a storm was expected) . When we arrived they told us the butler service wasn’t planned. Confirmed service will be done by 11h30 so we can take the road back before the bad weather. When my husband asked about the car at 11h30 we realized the car didn’t move and after almost 2 hours . They finally finally move the car for the tires rotation and were able to leave around one. Very disappointed by the process and the communication for a very simple service. I think the issue was the agent for not properly follow up. Hope our next service we see improvements. We will change the agent the next time. That was very different xx the services we used to receive in Houston from Lexus. We have been Lexus owners for almost 20 years and never had any issue before. More
