Took my 2019 RX 350 in for a 30K mile service and ended up driving home in a new 2022 leased vehicle with more bells and whistles and a lower monthly payment. I was actually pretty surprised. I worked with Ben Kranitz and he was attentive and receptive to what I was looking for and made it happen and then some. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future based on this experience. The purchase allowed me to skip a car payment this month which is even better! Thanks again for all the hard work. I want to warn customers of this service. In principle, they work well, but you do not need to contact the Sam Rose serviceman. This person will offer you to do what you need and what you don't need. He works in collusion with a service mechanic who finds various "leaks" that are not there, offers various services that are too early to do. Thus, they both persuade you to do what is not necessary or early. This is a kind of local mafia, stay away from it. More
