They must have had Earl Schieb repaint the front bumper. When I got home the front hood felt like sandpaper. I had to drive 60 miles to take it back to have the over spray cleaned off the hood. Another trip the next day to pick it up (240 miles total). I was told that they require the Shadowmark protection at $399.00 . They billed me for the Paintless Dent Repair protection for 2 years @ $500.00. I do not remember agreeing to that and when asked about it, they blew me off. Why would I pay $500 for dent repair when I have insurance for that. I think they slipped one in on me. They did not ask me what name I wanted on the title. It came with my name only. We have always had titles in "my name or (not and) my wife's name". More
