Took my 2019 RX 350 in for a 30K mile service and ended up driving home in a new 2022 leased vehicle with more bells and whistles and a lower monthly payment. I was actually pretty surprised. I worked with Ben Kranitz and he was attentive and receptive to what I was looking for and made it happen and then some. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future based on this experience. The purchase allowed me to skip a car payment this month which is even better! Thanks again for all the hard work.
