Thank you for informing me about the various Lexus models, their capabilities, and luxury accessories that was so important to me at my age for my comfort. You let me ask all the questions I needed t models, their capabilities, and luxury accessories that was so important to me at my age for my comfort. You let me ask all the questions I needed to in order to make up my mind to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Milwaukee. I never felt pressured at any time. It didn't take long for me to realize I needed to purchase the smooth, quiet, green car . One ride in it convinced me it was everything I needed. I appreciated the time you carefully handled all the details with my grandson and me until we ran the numbers to come up to a price range I could afford. The respect for me and my grandson was valued more than you could know. A big decision like buying a car does not come around very often. The beautiful red roses at the end of the deal was quite a surprise when I found them on the hood of the car. It was a nice touch and made me feel special. More

I like to tell you my story. I purchased RX 350 a week ago and I went for Trade In my vehicle and they initially quoted 9K and after much push from me I was offered 10.5K. The s I purchased RX 350 a week ago and I went for Trade In my vehicle and they initially quoted 9K and after much push from me I was offered 10.5K. The same car which I purchased 2 years ago from the same store. Now I did not do the Trade In with them as my car was worth more than 12.5K. However I still purchased the car RX 350 at this location. The whole point was that they underrate the cars and do not go for any negotiations after vehicle purchase. I tried to shop around Milwaukee and Madison dealers and they are much better. More
