Thank you Matt for informing me about the various Lexus models, their capabilities, and luxury accessories that was so important to me at my age for my comfort. You let me ask all the questions I needed to models, their capabilities, and luxury accessories that was so important to me at my age for my comfort. You let me ask all the questions I needed to in order to make up my mind to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Milwaukee. I never felt pressured at any time. It didn't take long for me to realize I needed to purchase the smooth, quiet, green car . One ride in it convinced me it was everything I needed. I appreciated the time you carefully handled all the details with my grandson and me until we ran the numbers to come up to a price range I could afford. The respect for me and my grandson was valued more than you could know. A big decision like buying a car does not come around very often. The beautiful red roses at the end of the deal was quite a surprise when I found them on the hood of the car. It was a nice touch and made me feel special. More
