First thing I noticed was the dealership was very clean. I liked that no one was hounding us and Justin wasn’t pressuring us. Justin showed us the car that I was interested in and didn’t try to sway us into I liked that no one was hounding us and Justin wasn’t pressuring us. Justin showed us the car that I was interested in and didn’t try to sway us into something else. A couple of years ago I went to different dealerships and they would show me cars that weren’t clean and that I wasn’t interested in. At first I was a little hesitant about going to a Lexus dealer because they are not really my price range but, Justin and Loren made me feel very comfortable. This is the second Lexus I've leased from Ben and again and he was great! I am recently widowed and was nervous to navigate the "car situation" by myself.
