Matthew truly delivered an outstanding customer experience that completely blew away any previous car buying encounters I've had. From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze, and Matthew experience that completely blew away any previous car buying encounters I've had. From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze, and Matthew made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the absence of any high-pressure sales tactics or pushy communication. Instead, Matthew simply asked about the vehicle I wanted, quickly calculated the numbers, and provided an a fair estimate. The next morning, I headed to the dealership and effortlessly purchased the vehicle. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours! It's almost unbelievable. Now, I can confidently say that I won't be shopping anywhere other than Lexus of Milwaukeeee. Despite the three-hour drive from my home in IL, it's totally worth it! More
