Words could never adequately express my gratitude to the dynamic duo I met at the dealership. Today I am a very proud happy Owner of a Lexus and truly I should not be. From the very first phone call, Ben had put in a relentless effort to dig into my credit and work along side my fairy angel Ann in financing to seal my deal with ultimate best rate possible. I I had nearly given up, and even went as far as to book a month-long rental for myself. I recall Ben telling me to sit tight and I’m so glad i listened! I was a frantic mother a week before Christmas without a car and Ben definitely pIckes up on that and Provided me with a lot of updates throughout the process. I drove to Milwaukee from the northwest suburbs of Chicago and while driving thought to myself how many dealerships am I driving right by and how many Lexus dealerships am I also driving by? Not one of those dealerships could take the time and effort to go above and beyond to meet their customers needs like Ben and Ann did. Nor did any of those dealerships have the level of expertise that Ann does to make this happen. Ben, you have earned yourself a customer for life. More

Comfortable and accomodating! Great inventory selection! Great communication! The only negative part of our experience was waiting to do the paperwork part of the sale. Val is by far the worst salesman ever. He neglected on many occasions. He left everyone else to deal with me after I declined an 2021 Es car that I never saw or drove the first day. On day 2 instead of goin over all of my options, I was given a second car to decide on which was an 2021 RxL 350. Reluctantly I decided to give it a shot, but soon after I got home and was in the process of relaying the news to my daughter. I received a call from Val to say, he is sorry I test drove the wrong car. The car I settled on Day 3, and it’s process took for me to get it, was very stressful a hassle and misleading.They allegedly sold me extended warranties totaling $13,608, that just today I found out we’re in accurate and never submitted correctly therefore it’s void. The Gm Malik, and Finance Manager Ann. Are BIG liars and misleading. They all took advantage of me when my back was against the wall and just 2 days before Christmas. This is just a summary of what all actually took place. I believe that I was discriminated against on many different basis. IF YOU ARE NOT WEALTHY.. DO NOT GO TO LEXUS OF MILWAUKEE !!! They pick and choose who to do right by. Oh and I had to edit this review, because the previous one was written by Val which was an complete lie!!!! More
