Had no idea were coming evening though I called earlier that week, we get there and were told it was sold earlier to another person and they were just working on the paperwork. We were then told they will that week, we get there and were told it was sold earlier to another person and they were just working on the paperwork. We were then told they will let us look at the car and then we were forced to buy a protection plan because the other guy already had it on the car and basically they wouldn’t sell us the car unless we bought with that plan and they wouldn’t come down on their price. It is the worst dealership I’ve been too and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Felt pressured on the protection plan and then the salesman tried to sell us another Toyota warranty to try and make more money on us. Just a horrible experience don’t buy a car from them unless you want to be forced to buy things you don’t want with the vehicle or you are rich and can afford to waste money. More

On top of that I appreciate that they did not waste my time on giving me the purchase order. Most dealers go back and forth and try to make you pay the add on. Lexus of Milwaukee did not go back and forth. They mean business and were ready to do business. I felt very welcomed. I will continue to purchase future cars here and service my vehicle. They even gave me some beautiful roses. Thank you Lexus of Mikwaukee!! 5/5 Stars More
