Lack of respect I have been a Lexus customer since 1991. In 2015 I leased a new vehicle on a 36 month, 36,000 mile lease. I babied the vehicle and at the end of the I have been a Lexus customer since 1991. In 2015 I leased a new vehicle on a 36 month, 36,000 mile lease. I babied the vehicle and at the end of the 36 month lease, I turned it back in, perfect condition, with only 12450 miles on it. The sales associate who received my car as well as 2 other associates there were in awe at the condition and mileage on the car. Two months after all was said and done I received a bill in the mail. I was concerned and confused about the bill so I called the dealership. At this time I was connected to John in sales This sales man was very arrogant and unhelpful. After me insisting this issue be addressed with a manager, he, John, indicated he would bring it to a manager and get back to me. That was the last I heard from him. I allowed about 3-4 weeks to pass, before following up on the call. That brings me to today, I called once again. I was transferred to John/Jon and after refreshing his memory about the concern, he snickered and derisively said, well I don't know what you want me to say. At this point, I told him that returning my call would have been the best and by not doing so, he clearly indicated to me that my business was not wanted. I completely would have understood if my issue wasn't able to be resolved but the fact that I didn't receive a call back and the to be treated with a lack of respect when I called, I won't be returning to this dealership. More

I dealt mostly with Sydney St. Peter and Vladimir Babakhanov and was impressed by their professional approach. In short - they work as a team, treat you as a "member of Lexus family", and their procedure is well developed, so the purchasing went smoothly. I'm an out of state buyer, so I first contacted Sydney. She informed me about the SUV and made all necessary arrangements. When I arrived the next day, Vladimir took care of me. He had the car warmed up; the road test included streets and a highway drive. When I decided to buy, he contacted the Iowa DOT and got their approval to transfer license plates from my trade-in car to the new car, so there was no headache with 30-day temporary license plates. Finally, Delivery Specialist Sara Castiglioni explained to me the dashboard controls in detail; she gave me a business card asking to call in case of questions. Finally, Vladimir brought roses as a gift to my wife (I was alone there), which means nothing for us strong men, but my wife was impressed when I brought it home. In a couple of days Vladimir did call me asking how the SUV behaved during my trip home. Again, the team - Sydney St. Peter, Vladimir Babakhanov, and Sara Castiglioni were personable and their approach is very impressive. Michael P More

Discussed some numbers and leasing versus outright purchase. I left convinced leasing would be right for me.Not being sure if the LS500 or ES350 would be my choice I sat in a new 2019 ES350 on the showroom floor on another visit....right exterior,interior,options. John was able to find one that fit my criteria at an agreeable price.Pick up day was smooth.Samantha had the car ready, Josh in finance had the paperwork ready to go and Sarah the delivery specialist went through my new car’s features.Great no pressure experience.The entire staff was helpful from start to finish.A great place to buy a car..even if you are out of state. Not only was Maria fantastic to work with but the time passed easily as both she and the finance manager were good conversationalists, so the time passed quickly. They both listened to my needs, explained everything clearly and simply, and I really felt like they were looking out for my best interests through good suggestions. On top of that, I never felt “sold to” and that’s a huge compliment since I hate being sold to. The extra follow up after the sale was even more unexpected and appreciated. Highly recommend! More
