As an out of state buyer, the first question I asked was if the vehicle had been smoked in. I was told it had not. Upon test driving the vehicle I immediately noticed the strong chemical cleaning smell and was told it was straight from detail. Having the vehicle home for a few days, the chemical smell has faded and the aroma of cigarettes has surfaced. A Lexus CPO vehicle requires the highest standard of quality and a vehicle with stale cigarette smoke is certainly not what I consider the highest quality. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealer and I would be cautious on purchasing from any Ed Napleton Automotive Group dealership. More

I came to Lexus of Milwaukee because of what looked like an exceptionally clean Honda Accord that I had seen on line . After seeing the car in person I was very impressed with the overall condition of the v an exceptionally clean Honda Accord that I had seen on line . After seeing the car in person I was very impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle. Lashanti approached me with a very warm and professional greeting and to ask me if she could be of any assistance to me. I personally don' t enjoy the whole car experience thing and I also brought a load of anxiety with me to the dealership just with the idea of attempting to purchase a vehicle. Lashanti listened to me and understood that I wasn't really sure about if I wanted to move forward. So, she applied no pressure but did give me very detail information and instructions of how to move forward if I decided to with her support if needed. I contacted Lashanti the next day after submitting an online application for credit . From there we communicated a few times until she informed me of an approval . I can say honestly that it was a stressful experience because of self inflicted thoughts and doubts of my own and a few added items on the purchase that I did not necessarily agree with. But with saying all of that Ms. Lashanti handled this very stressed and uncertain buyer as well as anyone could have. I appreciate her patience, understanding , knowledge , warmth and most of all "professionalism"! She has renewed my faith in the car buying experience and I am already thinking about the near future hopes of a future trade in or next purchase with Lexus of Milwaukee . And of course I hope. Lashanti is there to assist me! And to you Lexus of Milwaukee thank you for the opportunity to express myself in this review and thank you Lexus for representing the name "MILWAUKEE" " with such high standards!!! More
