The worst car buying experience, I Purchased an RX on the 17th of June at 6:15 PM we worked the deal until 8:30PM, I was told the Vehicle will be ready the following day at 3:00PM. Then they called us at 1 17th of June at 6:15 PM we worked the deal until 8:30PM, I was told the Vehicle will be ready the following day at 3:00PM. Then they called us at 1:00PM and told us the Vehicle was sold this morning to a different customer, I thought to myself WOW! how would you sell a car that was already sold? legally when you sign a contract the car is yours, but not in the case of this Lexus Deal ship whos general manager is Malik Hussain who said contact Lexus of USA "I Don NOT care". Not only extremely unprofessional but Rude!!! More
