I asked Chris Wasson to give me a loaner large enough to fit my baby stroller and he refused and didn't care. Chris Wasson also attempted to have me cancel my current appointment and come back the next week fit my baby stroller and he refused and didn't care. Chris Wasson also attempted to have me cancel my current appointment and come back the next week which I declined. Lexus of Memphis does not respond to direct emails but will surely respond to a Google review. Thank you to a Valet employee named Walker who took care of my loaner issue. I had the best service from Chris at Lexus of Memphis getting my truck serviced. I initially called to have an additional key made for my truck and he noticed my check engine light on that I hadn’t seen getting my truck serviced.
