If you need something done to the car they advise you and if there's not they tell you. No hard sells here. The waiting room is always immaculate and the "treats" are always fresh and plentiful. I must also pay tribute to the people who wash my car FOR FREE once a week if you chose. They are pleasant and always have a smile. Why on earth would I ever think of going anywhere else!!!! More

Most of those years Brian Toker has been our Service Advisor and Brian continually goes the extra mile to ensure our service situations are handled with a consistent pleasant attitude. Owning Lexus vehicles dictates fewer need for anything but interval maintenance, therefore a caring Service Advisor is extremely valuable in minimizing your trips for serviced. Brian knows my wife and never lets her wonder what is being done to her vehicle. He cares and she feels comfortable there fore I do as well. More

Water Pump and Remove Interior Smell I dropped my RX350 off to get the water pump fixed. #1 I am surprised I am bringing my 2013 Lexus in for a water pump issue. I am not driving a Ford o I dropped my RX350 off to get the water pump fixed. #1 I am surprised I am bringing my 2013 Lexus in for a water pump issue. I am not driving a Ford or Chevy and this issue usually does not happen to newer cars nowadays. John Loane helped set us up for the loaner car which is the best part of your service department. Without that, our life would be very painful and I would concentrate more of my frustration on the Lexus being broke and failing on me. I also told John I wanted this foul odor removed from the back passenger area. He told me he would relay this to the detail guy. FOr an inside detail it was $120. Pricey, but I thought it would be worth it. I got it back and the smell was still there. My wife is in pain waiting in the service area, but John Loane apologized for the detailer failing to fix the problem as directed. Gave us a loaner which made things a lot better and hopefully today with the ozone destroyer, the smell should be gone. Thanks John for making things as pleasant as can be. More
