Service Expierence with Brian Toker Brought my 03 ES300 in for service and was promptly seen by our normal service representative Brian Toker. Later in the day Brian advised me that we were in need on new tires and that we could keep the loaner car until the next day as our car would not be ready as scheduled. Brian always contacts me when my car is ready or is in need of unscheduled maintenance that presents itself during routine maintenance. He communicated a new ready time and called me when my vehicle was ready. I have been dealing with Brian for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience when dealing with him. He is very polite and professional. He is a positive representation of Lexus of Melbourne and I look forward to many more years of being his customer. More

Top Notch Service Brian got my car out ahead of the target time. I had a problem the next day (Saturday, 5 PM) The Sales Department (Nicole DeVos) was a big help to Brian got my car out ahead of the target time. I had a problem the next day (Saturday, 5 PM) The Sales Department (Nicole DeVos) was a big help to me - accepting my car to be looked at first thing Monday morning AND provided me a GREAT loaner car which I really enjoyed. My wife is now pushing me to buy it. Brian took over on Monday morning and had the mechanic look at it right away. It turn out to be a NEW problem ( gas tank cap) which they took car of and had the car back to me that afternoon. Brain and Nicole could not have been nicer. I'll be back. THANKS More

John Lohne - Outstanding Service Representative Came in for a car wash and before I even got out of the car, the "steely-eyed" service representative told me as I was driving in he saw what appeared Came in for a car wash and before I even got out of the car, the "steely-eyed" service representative told me as I was driving in he saw what appeared to be a nail in my front right tire. Together we looked at it and it was a large hex-head screw with washer still up against the head spinning loosely. I was referred to John Lohne immediately and John got the paperwork completed expeditiously and the car in for an immediate tire repair. Repair was completed in no time at all and I was on my way. Thanks to your great team of "steely-eyed" and efficient service agents!!!! Bob (aka Kid) Hanrahan 2009 RX350 & 2013 RX350 P.S.
