The service staff did a fantastic job with the new dash. John Lohne made sure that I was taken care of with a beautiful loaner vehicle, and he kept me informed as the work was being done. Overall excellent. Both Lohne and Duane excelled. Lohne set it up so I could get a loaner immediately in order to get my wife to MCO for a flight.
