Continually impressed John is DA MAN as a service writer. He knows Lexus automotives and can practically diagnose just from symptoms, which is as good as any mechanic. Additionally, he makes realistic recommendations to keep my ES-350 running smoothly. John is also responsive when I call and leave a message, and accommodates my needs. Not a pleasant experience I felt like I was taken advantage of and swayed to get an alignment because the service member made it seem that it was needed at that time. When I asked if I needed it he stated,"You don't have to, but I recommend...." Service member stated that an alignment was recommended every 15,000 miles. I spoke to my mechanic brother after the fact that I paid ect. and he stated that I didn't need an alignment at that time. Especially since my car in no way felt disaligned. I feel like it was not right for your service member to sway an unknowledagble customer. My first time experience at Lexus of Melbourne is definitely not a pleasant one. I will definitely go back to Lexus of Orlando from now on. More
