Quick and Easy Recently had to take my RC200t in for a recall. Something regarding a data update for the Navigation system. I was given a loaner car and went to the nearby shopping area in Viera to spend a few hours and have lunch. Vehicle was ready when promised. Car wash was down, so no free wash. Not an issue, just washed it myself when I got home since they had me out of there and it was still daylight. It's good to be a Lexus owner lol! More

Always helpful and very professional This visit was to reprogram the navigation software so that in an emergency the GPS would transmit the correct location of the vehicle.
