Brakes, Flat Tire and 180,000 SERVICE! I brought my Rx400h in because of a flat tire. I had previously arranged for 180,000 mile service and front brake replacement for the following week. I brought my Rx400h in because of a flat tire. I had previously arranged for 180,000 mile service and front brake replacement for the following week. Elisa quickly arranged to have my flat fixed and suggested we move the service date up to that day and do all at one time. I had to leave the car over the weekend and Elisa quickly found a loaner for me. I ran a few errands and arrived home in time for a great message that my car was ready for pickup. There were 2 no-shows that afternoon and Elisa managed to have my car worked on and completed! Fantastic! and thank you, Elisa. More

Continued excellent support from John Lohne I was having some very disturbing noise when I drove.
