Mike and I originally bonded over his diligent efforts to repair a faulty bass speaker in 2001. He installed a set of weights to dampen the vibrations. The sound system in my 2001 Lexus 430 is still the best car sound system I have ever heard. My car has almost 230,000 miles and Mike keeps it running like a top. Same with my wife's 2006 430 which has 180, 000 miles. I also had a very pleasant experience with Tom Hakimi when I bought the 2 430's and leased one 350. More

Address a recall I scheduled an appointment online with ease and received text, email, and telephone confirmation. When I arrived, I was promptly helped. I had to get Takata airbags replaced and waited for the replacement in the waiting area. The chairs were super comfy. There was a large complimentary refreshment area, massage chairs, and cell charging stations but I didn’t make use of them. My repair took about 2.5 hours and I used the Guest internet to work while I waited. When they finished, I was returned my vehicle after it had been washed, vacuumed, and topped off with gas. Excellent experience! More
