Mike Retz has provided outstanding service since 90's I started dealing with Lexus of Melbourne after having a bad experience with Lexus of Orlando. Your pick up and delivery policy is of great value to professionals (attorneys) like me and my wife, who do not have time we want to spend sitting around dealerships or dropping off and picking up cars ourselves. Mike and I originally bonded over his diligent efforts to repair a faulty bass speaker in 2001. He installed a set of weights to dampen the vibrations. The sound system in my 2001 Lexus 430 is still the best car sound system I have ever heard. My car has almost 230,000 miles and Mike keeps it running like a top. Same with my wife's 2006 430 which has 180, 000 miles. I also had a very pleasant experience with Tom Hakimi when I bought the 2 430's and leased one 350. More
