Best Service This particular service was routine and a short one. However, a loaner car was provided. We were able to leave the dealership. We shopped in the adjac This particular service was routine and a short one. However, a loaner car was provided. We were able to leave the dealership. We shopped in the adjacent shopping area and had lunch. Within an hour of dropping off the car we received a text that our car was ready. Perfect timing. We had just sat down to lunch. We let Steven, our service rep, know we’d be there after we finished lunch. I was dismayed to see dog treats on the counter with the coffee and cookies. With the exception of trained service animals, I don’t expect to see a dog or any other animal in the dealership. Trained service animals are easy to spot. Untrained “service” or “emotional support” animals are even easier to spot. I’d hope to see proper signage in the doors, soon. Only trained service animals should be allowed inside. More
