Went to see Mandy due to a warranty issue with my Lexus and she was so rude. When I asked her why she was banging her finger on the paperwork and being snarky she literally stomped out of her office and st and she was so rude. Sean came running to her with open arms as she was throwing a fit outside the office door, saying “Sean, she said I’m being Snarky”… I felt like I was at a daycare. I couldn’t believe the behavior from this so-called adult. She literally had a tantrum because she was called out for being rude. This dealership really needs to reevaluate their employees. Neither her nor Sean McGee were helpful and they were both very rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid Lexus of Melbourne and go to a dealership that’s more professional. I paid for a warranty through them when I purchased my vehicle and it clearly has the expiration date and the expiration miles right on it but yet they’re telling me that it was a mistake and the miles and date are wrong so they will not honor it… So this caused me to look through all my paperwork and I realize that I was also charged in the past for services that was supposed to be covered by the warranty I bought from them… When I brought that to their attention I was offered a credit for their dealership. Why do I need a $600 credit at a dealership? Should I hope something goes wrong on my car so I have something to spend it on or should I buy $600 in Lexus hats and Keychains…. This place is pretty shady, They’re all nice and smiles when they’re trying to get you to sign on the dotted line for $4000 in warranties but when it comes to using them its’s a different story. I love my Lexus and I’ve been driving one for years but this dealership with their shenanigans gives Lexus a bad name…. More
