Had no sales person available to work with us the day we came in. Busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later. We were there from 2:00p.m until 7:40 p.m. purchasing a vehicle. Informed them we had to be out came in. Busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later. We were there from 2:00p.m until 7:40 p.m. purchasing a vehicle. Informed them we had to be out of there no later than 7:00 p.m. By 6:00 p.m, asked if we could come back in the morning, at least 2-3 times. No response to that. I had to cancel an engagement for that evening. Dealership was closing down. Minimum employees there at that time. Then we were told it had been a busy day. Only 1 person to do the financial paperwork. Was dark outside, had not had dinner, and still had to come back during daylight hours to go over the features of the car. Was not happy. More

Buying my NX was a totally painless experience. Rob LaMarr was very helpful, but he didn’t expect to become my private tutor….so much to learn. He has been extremely helpful and patient and I appr Rob LaMarr was very helpful, but he didn’t expect to become my private tutor….so much to learn.
