You have mentioned in your comments, your concern was in reference to the “Tires for Life” Program that you advised was purchased at the time you selected your 2006 RX350 Lexus which was November 19, 2005. As explained to you by your Service Advisor the Program has specific coverage details, including limitations and exclusions. It was determined unfortunately that the Program was not applicable to your service request at the time.
