From start to finish, it was a pleasurable and smooth process. I had previously purchased 5 Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Orlando (4) and Pembrook Pines (1) with whom have lost my business due to bad busi process. I had previously purchased 5 Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Orlando (4) and Pembrook Pines (1) with whom have lost my business due to bad business tactics. When Lexus of Orlando, lured me in, claiming they had inventory for which the sales manager couldn't answer where the vehicle was that I had made arrangements to test drive the very next day, after confirming 3 times that the vehicle was physically at the dealership, I left and immediate called Lexus of Melbourne, the phone was transfered to Robert LaMarr, I told him what had happened at Lexus of Orlando and what it was exactly that I wanted, he checked his inventory and told me he had what I was looking for coming in on the 22nd. I placed my down payment and that was it!. Robert advised me that he would keep me informed as the vehicle offloads from the port and when it arrives. He kept his word and even advised me that it had arrived earlier than expected. Once I arrived at the dealership, Robert was waiting outside to greet me and forwarded his hospitality services and then we got right to work on the purchase of the vehicle.
