Jamie Coates has been our primary Service Advisor for the last 2 years and she has provided excellent service advice. Her estimates of the cost and time of all services have been accurate with no surprises. In the case of the ES, extra work was required and she phoned to get my okay before having the mechanics perform the additional work. She has consistently provided a loaner when I have requested one. She is pleasant even at the end of the day which is an asset that anyone who has had to deal with customer relations can attest. She always makes sure the cars are washed and the interiors are clean when we pick up our cars and all of the paperwork is complete. Jamie is one of the main reasons we will be a customer for life at Lexus of Melbourne. More

We took a couple weeks looking at our options, and yet each time we returned to the Lexus dealership they had a car very similar to what we wanted. The exact car we wanted had to come from south Florida but when it arrived it was just what we asked for. The whole sales process went through with no surprises and we are happy to own a new Lexus. The only reason I rated price good instead of great was not the price of the Lexus which I would rate as great but rather the disappointing price I got on my trade-in. But all in all it was too good to pass up. More
