They went to great lengths to acquire an uncommon part in order to complete the repair in a timely fashion. I shall return to this dealership when in the area for all of my service needs. More
Unhappy buying experience I ordered a new RX Hybrid in January with some special features. The then-Sales Manager was confident that it would arrive before we left Florida on I ordered a new RX Hybrid in January with some special features. The then-Sales Manager was confident that it would arrive before we left Florida on May 1 for our summer home, and promised to deliver it to our Northern address at the dealership's expense if it didn't, since we planned to drive it north and leave our other car in Florida. Well, it didn't arrive until mid May, after we had driven home in the other car. When the car finally arrived and I inquired about the shipping arrangements, the new General Manager refused to honor the commitment. He insisted that the only way that I could get the car that I had ordered was to ship it North at my expense (or go down to Florida at my expense and drive it North). I like the car, but that is to the credit of the manufacturer, not the dealer. So, if I were you, I'd use caution in sales transactions. In contrast, I've been satisfied with the service department for my older Lexus. More

Kevin Dardano was patient with my wobbling on and off on whether to buy the ES or just keep my Camry. But I was unable to get the ES and the LoM dealership out of my mind. When I finally got serious today, Kevin Dardano was out sick so Tom Hakimi graciously assisted me in making my selection today between two very similar ES 350 CPOs. He accompanied me on a short get-acquainted test drive before reaching a final decision and then a longer one after agreeing on the purchase. He then walked me through paper work explaining it as we went and then introducing me to Service Consultant Brian Toker and Financial Services Manager Steven Trentadue who again walked me through the paper work in his area. Steven explained the various Service Plans thoroughly and that led to my decision to purchase one that seems like a good value. The whole experience was very refreshing after dealing for many years at lesser dealerships. LoM has a terrific layout with everything immaculate. I particularly enjoyed being able to admire my new (to me) car while it was being prepped for delivery through the window just behind Steven. I especially like that they ask (and explain) before doing any extra work, and they also tell me when certain tasks are not necessary. They always keep me fully informed, and they control my cost by doing only essential work. They also offer service coupons which I frequently use for regular maintenance service. I doubt that they are the cheapest place to work with, but I assign good value to their work and the overall experience, and I highly recommend them to other Lexus owners.
