I did and he has purchased it with no problem whatsoever, and I received what I believe is top dollar for it. It is like letting go of a family member, though! I will be purchasing a deceased friend's 2005 Lexus ES330, which she had serviced at your facility, and so I will continue to bring it into your facility. I thoroughly believe in the reliability of the Lexus brand automobiles and in your competent facility staffers. I have dealt with John Lohne for most of my service history and find him to be very knowledgeable and your service performed in a reasonable period of time. Once we purchased our car, the dealership provided important information and reminders that were very timely and appreciated. The real story is about the service department. That’s the long term commitment. I’ve dealt with excellent service departments in the past but the service department at Lexus of Melbourne is OUTSTANDING. Our Service Consultant, John Lohne, has been a real pleasure to work with. John is very competent, very professional and he provides excellent advice. John has been very accommodating in matching our schedule to available appointment times. John has been able to provide loaner cars when they were needed. John is a person of integrity and he won’t suggest something that isn’t necessary. From the camaraderie in the service department, I’m sure other service consultants are very good but I’m very glad that we were assigned to John. I also appreciate all of the “extras” that Lexus of Melbourne provides, from free car washes to a very comfortable waiting area and the friendliness of everyone you meet while “window shopping” the showroom.
