I'm not going to buy today I was sure I was not going to buy that day! I had looked the day before with a salesman whom I'd worked with before (Shane) & found a car I "liked" . The next day (Shane was off) a fellow salesman (Alex) spoke about what I wanted. Off he went to find a car he thought I would "love". It had been sold the night before, he checked another one & it too had been sold. He kept looking all over the lot! In the back, out of the corner of my eye I saw a car that looked interesting. He immediately got the keys... Yeah it was love... Alex really worked hard to find me a car. Very professional. He was very patient hearing all of my requests. When we finally made a deal he didn't pressure me, but let me decide. Because "I wasn't going to buy today" (which he told me later he hears every day :) I love this dealership. I agreed and the work was done without any issues. When checking out, John told me that they had spotted a bad backup bulb and that they went ahead and replaced it for me at no additional charge. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated it very much since the bulb replacement wasn't covered as part of my warranty. As usual they washed and cleaned my vehicle and did a great job More
