This is the first new car we have purchased in over 10 years. One of the reasons it has taken so long is because I REALLY dislike the constant haggle and mistrust that seems to permeate such an endeavor. We currently have a Lexus and because of the excellent customer service that your service department (Brian Toker in particular) has provided, we decided to consider buying a new car. To my surprise, even your sales staff were a pleasure to work with. Kevin Dardano and Shannon Mayer were a great team. Kevin listened carefully to our price positions so that we felt heard and ultimately felt we received a fair deal. Shannon Mayer took the time to carefully explain all the workings of our new car. Service Visit With John Lohne I have extremely high praise for this dealership in general and with John Lohne as my Service Representative in particular. My most recent visit was I have extremely high praise for this dealership in general and with John Lohne as my Service Representative in particular. My most recent visit was yesterday and I chose to wait for the maintenance to be performed. As always John met me courtesly and very professionally. He recommended that I have my alignment and Tires balanced which I elected to do along with the scheduled maintenance. All the while John kept me informed of the status of the work and assisted me when I left the dealership. He is a great representative and ambassador for the Melbourne Lexus dealership. More
