This is the first new car we have purchased in over 10 years. One of the reasons it has taken so long is because I REALLY dislike the constant haggle and mistrust that seems to permeate such an endeavor. We currently have a Lexus and because of the excellent customer service that your service department (Brian Toker in particular) has provided, we decided to consider buying a new car. To my surprise, even your sales staff were a pleasure to work with. Kevin Dardano and Shannon Mayer were a great team. Naturally, everyone wishes they could get a better deal than what was negotiated, especially for their trade-in. However, in the end, we are okay with the price. This is our first Lexus and we are impressed by its comfortable ride and striking appearance. Only time will tell if we grow to LOVE the Lexus RX 350! More
