Best car buying experience we have ever had! When we walked in the showroom, we were immediately greated by Alex. We told him the model we were looking for. Although the exact car we wanted with specific options wasn't on the lot, Alex quickly located what we were looking for and we were able to sign a contract in short order. He worked with us on price so the deal was a win-win for both of us. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. When we went to pick up the car, he walked us through all the features which was very very helpful. We love the car and the whole experience. Prior to arriving at Lexus Melbourne, we called the dealership and spoke with Shane. Shane was very professional and pleasant as well.
