This is the first new car we have purchased in over 10 years. One of the reasons it has taken so long is because I REALLY dislike the constant haggle and mistrust that seems to permeate such an endeavor. We currently have a Lexus and because of the excellent customer service that your service department (Brian Toker in particular) has provided, we decided to consider buying a new car. To my surprise, even your sales staff were a pleasure to work with. Kevin Dardano and Shannon Mayer were a great team. Kevin listened carefully to our price positions so that we felt heard and ultimately felt we received a fair deal. Shannon Mayer took the time to carefully explain all the workings of our new car.
