A real professional operation and high level of service I had no intention of buying a car last Saturday and was on my way up to Orlando to visit my son. I was convinced I was buying the E 350 Mercedes in Palm Beach and when I saw the Lexus sign from the highway thought i would stop in to just check out the Lexus E 350. I had stopped in about 6 months earlier on a previous trip to visit my son in Orlando and worked with Don Coppola so I asked for Don and luckliy he was working on Saturday. He was extremely knowledgable and very professional. Not pushy just providing me with the answers to my questions. By the time I left the dealership I drove off with a 2012 LS 460...which I love. I enjoyed my experience with no only Don, but the manager and the financial person as well. I would recommend your dealership.....a very professional operation because you have professional people working for you. More
