I had stopped in about 6 months earlier on a previous trip to visit my son in Orlando and worked with Don Coppola so I asked for Don and luckliy he was working on Saturday. He was extremely knowledgable and very professional. Not pushy just providing me with the answers to my questions. By the time I left the dealership I drove off with a 2012 LS 460...which I love. I enjoyed my experience with no only Don, but the manager and the financial person as well.
